The selection of vehicles was great as was the sales person, Clayton Bailey. We were allowed to take our time with no pressure to hurry or buy. Because of this we decided to purchase before we left and took care of the information process that day. We only had to make one trip back to sign the final documents and get the vehicle. Extra care was taken to insure that we knew all about our new car and how to operate it. A very pleasant experience and when we are in the market for another vehicle will go back to this dealer. Mr. Gregory Zilm (internet advisor) who really helped me and went out of his way to find ways to know the process. When I visited their showroom, he introduced me to Toyota Consultant, Mr. Randy Stendebach who is absolutely amazing. He really makes the process so easy eventhough my situation is very uncommon. He guided me on every step of the application and tirelessly answered my questions. I never felt that I was in a car showroom where sales people are trying to sell and push you buy a car that is not what you really like or suited for you just to have sales. Amazing customer service. Anthony Gooden is the best certified consultant I have ever seen. He explained everything in details, made arrangements to get my car in the color I wanted (which was not easy to find) in 1 day! Then I wanted to upgrade my car, and still he exceeded my expectations and made it EXTREMELY EASY and I should have my new car in 2 days- while keeping the old one till then. The work load is really high in there but still he manages to maintain his calm and make you feel like the "special customer." He is professional, active, calm, and gets the job done ASAP, you will even feel like he is the only one working there. My advice, just ask for Anthony Gooden :) More
