Phil McGan was there to greet me and listen to what I wanted. I explained to him that my wife & I had already purchased 4 Toyotas from the dealership were very pleased with the sales staff & service dept. I flat out told him " please, do not make me go to another Toyota dealership". Within a short time, Phil put a better than I asked for deal together & and the sale was done. Phil didn't have to "sell me" on the Sienna as I was trading in a 2006 Sienna with 110,000 mile on it. I LOVE the Sienna. The great thing he did was to spend as much time as I needed to to go over all the new technology within the van. He did a great job and I will recommend him to anyone.
