While working with Nathan Coker, he was incredibly knowledgeable, I had a wonderful experience at Molle Toyota during the used car buying experience. While working with Nathan Coker, he was incredibly knowledgeable, very patient, and answered all questions I had. He was also incredibly personable, which is important to me. He was very honest in what he could do for me, and even came back after a price was negotiated to let me know about the Costco best price guarantee for Costo members. He could have easily not brought that up and given the price that was agreed upon. That shows incredible character and I'm so thrilled he did that. Only negative was there were a few minor details that were forgotten in the process to get us out the door (the adjustable cup holders were removed when detailing, front bumper license plate holder was not provided), but these are not details that would keep me from keeping the review at excellent. You've got a customer for life for any and all future purchases. More

pampered and pleased Time to buy a new car...toured the 'auto row' looking for a possibility. Spotted a good deal on the lot on a Sunday afternoon in very cold weather! Sharon called and spoke with Anthony who was friendly and a 'straight shooter' with no BS. He outlined the cost and different ways to make this deal work. Sharon made a trip to the 103rd st dealership and She and Anthony brought the car by my office while I was at work. I went for a short ride and Anthony gave me the lowdown on the niceties of the car while I drove through rush hour traffic. When I got off work Sharon and I visited with Anthony and agreed upon a sales price...all was straightforward with no 'hidden agenda'. Due to the late hour we put off getting the car until the next day. Again, Anthony had everything ready and explicitly laid out for us to see the advantages of buying this car. We met with Jay Young for the finance hurdle...surprise .. another no hassle, no pressure experience. Use of the computer powerpoint-like program outlined everything very clearly. All the options presented were logical and understandable. Sharon commented that she had bought her Toyota Rav4 from another dealership(Hendrick?) that was a totally different experience. She had felt 'trapped' and coerced by the finance person...at Molle it was more like a dialogue....just discussing the possibilities! We left the dealership in our new car and are extremely pleased with the whole experience. More
