We went to a few other Toyota dealers in the area but were not overly excited about the whole process. A friend recommended Molle and we decided to go talk to them. Cameron met us at the door and we told him what we were looking for and the whole process began. Both Cameron and Don laid out our options. My husband and I took all the information and went home to think things over. They kept in contact with us but I felt no pressure, they were more than willing to answer all of our questions. We went back a little over a week later and purchased our new Toyota Sienna! Cameron and Don were fantastic and made the whole thing very easy. Will definitely do business with Molle again! More

I was immediately greeted by Anthony when I walked in the door. I explained that I needed to talk with Beth since I had been contacted by her about the Costco car buying program. She assigned us to Anthony and we could not have been more pleased. He was so personable and took me on a test drive. He showed me the paperwork that listed the costs I could expect to pay. This is exactly what I had found on the website. I didn't have to wait long for my current car to be appraised and Anythony got me exactly what I wanted to sell it for. I am so pleased with my new Rav4 and will never buy another car from anyone but Anthony. Now my boyfriend wants to come buy a car from him. I was also surprised at how easy our time with Rodney Skaggs was when we got ready to complete the financial paperwork. There was nothing high pressure and he took the time to explain everything. Good experience - could have been great The sales process and the folks involved (Anthony) were excellent. The deal we reached rolling a current lease over into a new lease was acceptable, The sales process and the folks involved (Anthony) were excellent. The deal we reached rolling a current lease over into a new lease was acceptable, and the time for the process was fine. Our time spent with Rodney in the financial office was also great. He was efficient and flexible, even when there was a hiccup with my credit approval. The factor that took this experience from great to only good was the wait time between sales and financial. We arrived at Molle at approximately 11am. The sales portion and subsequent paperwork was completed by approximately 12:30. We waited approximately 40 minutes to see the financial office, and then chose to go to lunch, after being assured we could set an appointment to finalize paperwork at 3pm. We arrived back at the dealership at 2:30, actually transferred everything over from the old car to the new (including car seat) and spent some time getting acquainted with the new vehicle. 3pm came and went and we eventually got in to the financial office at approximately 4pm. As I said, Rodney was great and expedited to the best of his ability, but there seems to be an issue with the system if there is this much time spent waiting, even on a Saturday. Overall, I would recommend this dealership (it's our second lease from them), however, I would recommend going on a weekday. More

Don remembered the color and trim that I waned and when another dealer called he horse traded for the color I wanted (pyrite) when I had already agreed to buy a silver one that they did have in stock. They removed a skid plate I didn't want and added another accessory all under the Costco pricing for a new vehicle. Bob even drove over and picked me up when I was ready to complete the deal (20 min drive) since I was home alone. More

He has been communicating with me for over 2 months. I ended up having to have the Tundra built to get the features and INTERIOR COLOR I wanted. Jason was a Professional from beginning to end giving me exactly the type of service anyone could ask. My family met Bob when we drove and parked in the Molle Truck Center. He was wiping the Tundra down as we pulled up. I believe he might have went into somewhat of a shock as my grandsons piled into the immaculate detailed pickup and jumped from one seat to the other using the console as their stepping stone to get from front to back. Leaving their shoe foot prints on the spotless leather seats. Bob as well was proficient in getting the required paperwork processed. Last and not least was Jay. Too bad for Jay he has to not only be the person to get all the final paperwork signed he has to have Toyota Financial satisfied. That was touch and go for a couple of hours the day before the sale. But thanks to his initiative he got us worked out. Jay as well is left with the requirement to explain the various Toyota incentives. While this did take a few minutes longer than I had anticipated I give accolades to Jay as well as he went through this process in a friendly open manner. I wish to thank each of them for making this lease work. However I have to put Jason at the top of the list as he worked with me as I said over several months to reach the fabulous end result. By the way. As I drove off the lot in the Tundra, with grandsons on board, it was the first time I had test drove one. Matter of fact it was the first time I had even opened a door or sat inside a Tundra. That is at Molle or any Toyota dealership. I couldn’t have been happier with the vehicle I selected and the features and INTERIOR COLOR I envisioned when I started. My son called me at 7:30 am this morning to see if I slept in the truck last night. ahahahah Darryl . More
