***UPDATE**** Awaiting title for veh. We were told by RODNEY SKAGGS they would CALL when the title was ready for us to pickup. That they do not mail them as a safety precaution in case it ends up in the wrong hands. Had not heard from them and just called Julie at Molle (title area) for status and told it was mailed out two days ago! Then called Rodney and asked why it was mailed when he said we would be called for p/u. He denied ever saying that, and pretended to have NO CLUE what we were talking about- LIAR!! Said it was Julie's area. We don't care if it was mailed or had to be picked up, we were following what RODNEY had told us. Apparently, he doesn't know what he's talking about or remember what he says--his main purpose is to tack on an extended warranty at the end of the sale-- so take anything he says w/a grain.

I apologize for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. Typically, we ask that the title work be picked up to avoid any potential risk of becoming lost in the mail. In this case, Julie, our title clerk, mailed the title work since you're located quite a distance from our dealership.
