My experience with Molle Toyota and specifically my sales representative, Charles Craig was second to none. I had visited another local Toyota dealership initially and they did not have the vehicle in stock representative, Charles Craig was second to none. I had visited another local Toyota dealership initially and they did not have the vehicle in stock that I was looking for even though I was told they did. I gave Molle a call and the receptionist notified they did in fact have the particular vehicle I was looking for. I made the mistake of not going to Molle first. The dealership is very well maintained and exudes professionalism. Charles Craig, my sales representative was very helpful in showing me the vehicle I was interested in and didn't hesitate when it came to me test driving the truck. The demeanor during the test drive was both professional and friendly as we not only talked about Molle, the truck I eventually purchased but also talked about things that made me feel valued and not just a sales quota. The negotiating and purchasing process was pleasant as well as I felt good about purchasing my first truck and that I left Molle Toyota with a good deal and that I had a quality truck that I can take pride in and thoroughly enjoy and have a A+ service from both Molle and Toyota as a company. I know when the time comes for a new truck I will buy another Toyota from Molle Toyota. I recommend that anyone in the market for a new truck look at Toyota because their quality and reliability is the best in the market and if you want a good deal with an informative, receptive and friendly staff visit Molle Toyota. Juan was an amazing salesperson. He was so knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He answered every question. This was my first new car in ten years and technology has changed so much in the n knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He answered every question. This was my first new car in ten years and technology has changed so much in the new cars. Juan was extremely patient and stayed after to help my sister, and I feel comfortable with the controls. He even helped sink our phones to Bluetooth. I didn't even know what that was at the time. He was not pushy in the least. He knew he had a great product, and you can tell he really believes in Toyota's and their dealership/company as a whole. I would buy a car from him again. I would definitely refer customers. Rodney, our finance manager, was also very knowledgeable, honest and had a great sense of humor. There were so many papers, but he explained each one, and made sure we understood everything we signed. He was upfront and we felt great about our deal. He helped us look at extra options, but again he wasn't pushy. He knew the options sold themselves. We bought both of them on the two cars we purchased. Rodney also has a great personality. That car was purchased from another dealership within the Molle automotive family. The dealership is a rather large dealership and has a bunch of large facility buildings. I originally purchased my traded-in car from the Molle dealer that I did because this company has a deserved reputation for trying to take care of their customers. More

How hard is it to get a front license plate bracket for a Prius? Apparently it is for this place. I called twice about obtaining a bracket and twice got a different price quote from parts dept. Was told to come in anytime, buy their bracker, and theyd put it on for me at no charge. So far I was pleased with the service regardless of initial different pricing. When I took the car in I was told a third price and that they had no knowledge of what I was referring to. SO frustrating!! This should be cheap and simple fix, but leave it up to this car dealership to make it more expensive and difficult! Thanks for nothing! More
