I love my new Toyota RAV 4. I dealt with Bob Field, who was awesome and patient and Rodney what a fantastic guy. My husband is in the military and was home for the weekend. We asked to get our sales tax included in our loan and he even went out to the website to find out what our sales tax was for the city that we live in. After talking with Rodney, he knew that I supported the cure for breast cancer and they had a deal for every car purchased in October a portion went to the cause. That meant the world to me, since my father is a survivor. He even went so far as to let me have one of the magnets for our new car. Bob, Rodney, you guys are the BEST! The best thing about the whole process was the lack of pressure. Anthony was very attentive but not pushy and that's rare at an auto dealership. Going to an auto dealership is not one of my favorite experiences, but, this was pleasant. I have never had a better experience than when I recently purchased my 2010 Tacoma from Molle Toyota. Pete Christensen was my main salesman and Keith Heedum also helped out. I was always treated with respect and dignity. Not once did I ever feel "talked down to" or belittled. I don't think I'm just a pushover when making a deal and yet both Pete and Keith always stayed positive in our negotiations. My only regret is that I don't have enough money to purchase another vehicle from them. If you're looking for a place that will treat you right and make you a fair deal this is the place to go and Pete and Keith are the guys to talk to! More
