This was our 4th car we purchased from Molle and Mary Witt. We now reside in Arizona and still take our business to Mary. We met Cameron the first day we visited Molle Toyota. Cameron was outside, and he came up to meet us without seeming pushy. We were looking at both the Highlanders and FJ Cruisers. Cameron was very knowledgeable about these models, and he stayed with us on the lot for more than an hour. We left that day knowing that a Highlander was the model for us, but we still wanted to look at other kinds of cars and dealerships. Cameron did call us in the next few days to see if we had any other questions about a Highlander. He was polite and encouraging about the Highlander vehicle. Due to the Govenment Shut Down, we had to put our want of buying the car on hold. Cameron was very understanding, and he seemed well informed about the news of the Shut Down. When the Government Shut Down was lifted, Cameron gave us a phone call. He responsiveness to our personal situation impressed us. We went back to the dealership, and asked for Cameron who once again showed us the Highlander that we were interested in buying. He did not press us into a premium trim level of the model we wanted, He stayed with us through a good negotiation, and he also checked with Don Walston on our offer. We have just bought our Highlander, and we expect this vehicle to be a good car for our needs. More
