Brought my 2012 Camry in for 20k service, also because my driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becu driver window is making a noise when going down and up. First off I was told 1 hour wait, then the advisor told me the issue with the window was becuase of the "dark" tint. (I have legal 35%). Don't see how tint is the blame for the problem if that's the case the passenger window would do the same thing. Second, I asked the advisor about a stain in one of the seats (water spill) and if it could be removed, was never given an answer or advise on what to do, advisor forgot about the issue. Third, I was asked if I wanted a free car wash, estimated wait 25 MORE minutes after 1 hour if not more had already went by. Well after an hour I finally got tired of waiting and went up to the advisor and asked about my car, my car was sitting outside and had been sitting their for who knows how long, to top everything off my car was washed with one of the rear windows cracked open, enough to get the rear seat splashed and water drops all over it. As a result of the window problem I guess they think its the window seals, so they ordered the parts, I called and canceled the order. Called Adams Toyota and I am having them order the parts and work on my car. I went to Molle just because I was in the area but never again. In my opinion very unprofessional. Waiting times are rediculous. And blaming the issue of my window on tint?? Come on' now. More

I would give big zero for Molle. They are cheaters. I went for my car servicing, they came up with so many fake problems in my car. The problems that were real, they never fixed those but charged me. We had been searching for a vehicle for a number of weeks when we finally decided to visit Molle Toyota. There were several other dealers closer to our house, but after looking online Molle had more selecti when we finally decided to visit Molle Toyota. There were several other dealers closer to our house, but after looking online Molle had more selection of vehicles on the lot than the others. So, even though it was about a 30 mile drive we decided to take a look at what they had. It was well worth the trip. They had a vehicle with the exterior color and interior look that we were looking for. What sealed the deal of course was the negotiation. We had a price in mind and Molle was able to meet us very close to what we were willing to pay without a lot of fuss or pressure. Our salesperson (Juan) was courteous and respectful and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. I have nothing but good things to say about Molle Toyota. I would buy from them again in the future. More
