This is our second new SUV purchase through Molle. Unfortunately, I fell prey to an online sale ad from a competing dealership and visited there first. I wasted three hours at the other dealer and left frustrated, confused, and my needs were not met. On a whim, and in spite of my defeated attitude, I stopped by Molle on my way home. I greeted the Assistant Truck Manager, Jason, with, "I'm sure you won't be able to help me...." He took a couple minutes to ask some questions and assess my family needs- a third row of seats, a very specific budget, and a small list of luxuries I really wanted. With extravagant discounts and outside-the-box thinking (adding some after market options to a base model), he and my salesperson, Quinn, found a perfect match within 15 minutes. Delivery of the vehicle was just as smooth. We were given a very competitive financing rate, which we were informed of in advance. And, their document fee was well under $100, in contrast to the other dealer which wanted nearly $400. Quinn gave a very thorough tour of the vehicle and synced all our electronic devices for us. I work in sales myself, and am a very tough critic. For me to take the time from my busy schedule to write a review speaks to the impeccable level of service I received. Highly recommend! More

My husband and I have been long-time customers of Molle Toyota. Today when I left my car for service, I needed a ride home due to the plumber coming out to the house. The service department told me that I could have access to the free shuttle service, and that if I waited in the service lobby area, the shuttle would pick me up. That was great! Much to my surprise, Sammy Lambert came up to me while I was waiting and stated that she would be giving me a ride home because the shuttle was not currently available. I love surprises! Surprise your customer and you will maintain him or her! As Sammy and I left the service area and drove home, she was absolutely delightful. She is intelligent, energetic, very personable, and a great representative for Molle Toyota. Tammy is a natural in recognizing the components that are important to customer service. She knows how to build a relationship with the customer immediately rather than just "giving the customer a ride." My tire pressure light was on this morning, drove to the dealership, was greeted(they were busy), immediately wa NEVER purchase a car anywhere else. About 20 minutes later, I was told the air was low, nothing else was wrong and they were washing my car and will page me when my car is ready. In a few minutes, I was ready to go! Cameron was very friendly and attentive. He seemed very knowledgeable. He tried his best to make a sale the first day we were there but we weren't ready. He contacted us a couple of times afterward. Sales process was good but that is where the positive experience ended... First they forgot to install wheel locks I had already paid for... Then the glove compartment handle broke and had my son & w experience ended... First they forgot to install wheel locks I had already paid for... Then the glove compartment handle broke and had my son & wife waiting in service area for 2 hours before telling us they forgot us and the 'part was not in stock'... Then they forgot to order the replacement part... Finally, the replacement part came in and my son took car to dealer at his appointment time and was told they were 'over booked' and he had to come back at a different time... I do not think the problem is Toyota or even the sales department but someone should think twice about taking their Toyota to Molle Service department. More
