I should preface this comment with the fact that I went to the new Hendrick Toyota first and they actually told me to go to Molle Toyota because they had lower fees (I actually believe they prejudged my wi to the new Hendrick Toyota first and they actually told me to go to Molle Toyota because they had lower fees (I actually believe they prejudged my wife and my ability to buy a car and two salespeople thought we were not worth their time. If they only knew....). So we went to Molle and ended up leasing a new Tundra. I have purchased over 10 Toyotas from various dealers and this was by far the best purchase experience I have had. Quinn was outstanding, patient, and even re-arranged his schedule to stay late so we could take delivery. Thanks Quinn! You have our recommendation. More
I love the fact that there were no games in this transaction. I initially brought my 82 year old mother back in April and she purchased a new Toyota Corolla (which she loves). I had been thinking about a truck for some time and eventually found one in the sale ad that was almost exactly what I wanted. I did not feel pressured, but was treated professionally through the negotiation process. In both transaction Rick McPherson was the consultant we used to purchase these vehicles. Neither my mother, my wife, nor I could be happier with the transactions. Now, the first finance manager (Jack) left much to be desired; however, we handled that situation. The finance manager I used this time was the best one I have contacted. He was very laid back, he did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. While I rarely, if ever, purchase extended warranties; however, because of some past issues with my last car and mostly because of the way it was presented to me, I decided to buy this time. I had initially decided not to purchase a service contract but the way it was presented, and the price initally offered, I decided that this was a good purchase. I would also note here that while my credit union gave me a very good rate, the finance manager gave me an even better and dare I say incredible interest rate. I wish I could remember his name because he was outstanding. I would recomend this team to anyone looking for a new Toyota. I drove further to Molle Toyota and could have used two other Toyota dealers that were closer to my house; however, because of Molle's reasonalble doc fees, incredible personnel, and the fact that they don't play games I decided to drive from Kansas to the Missouri side of the metro area to purchase both these cars. I sent one of these previously but needed to mention Rodney Skaggs as the best finance guy I have ever worked with. I was thrilled with the attention, patience, information, effort and guidance provided by both Quinn and Don at Molle Toyota. It was not the only dealership I visited, but will be the only Toyota dealership effort and guidance provided by both Quinn and Don at Molle Toyota. It was not the only dealership I visited, but will be the only Toyota dealership I return to! They helped locate not one, but two cars for me since what I was after was not on the lot. NEVER felt pressured. They answered my incessant questions always with a gracious smile. Not to mention, they offer a "lifetime warranty" on power train. GREAT SERVICE! Hard workers! My first visit was on a Saturday and the dealership was very busy. Quinn greeted me immediately and was very pleasant and identified what I was interested in quickly and easily. He asked all the right questions and had me looking at one vehicle while he got me literature and another vehicle to test drive. Even though Quinn was assisting another family at the same time, he gave me plenty of assistance and all the help I needed at that time. He was not pushy and seemed to really care about getting me in a car I liked. When I returned on Monday to purchase the car he was there to meet me as I pulled in the lot was with me through every step in the process. Rodney was also very pleasant to deal with for all the paperwork and financial details. Both men are assets to this dealership. They bring integrity and quality service to Molle Toyota. More

Also appreciate how Molle separates the trade in process from the purchasing process. It's a much more clear process than the traditional "haggle over the difference" experience I've had at other dealerships. At Molle, you sort out the purchase price of the new vehcile and then look at the trade in-- distinct and separate transactions--- the way it ought to be. New Sale: Was a Tundra. Jason was very clear and explained pricing well. The negotiating process was very quick and painless. After doing research on the market, I feel I received an exceptional deal and Jason made that easy. Quinn completed the sale and spent time to explain the features of the truck. Despite owning a Tundra previously, he showed me some features I never discovered on my own. No complaints! Checking Out: Worked with Rodney. I have to say that the very long wait for the check out process was annoying. I was a cash buyer and just wanted to write a check and leave. Apparently a flood of purchasers all came in at the same time and there were not enough finance/checkout folks to handle the volume... After an overly long wait, I met with Rodney. Just like my other experiences with people at Molle, he was great! Once I sat down with him, he saw that I was in a rush. He's very personable, diffused my annoyance, and expedited my close. Props to Rodney for excellent service--- once I finally was able to sit down with him. Despite the wait at checkout, the experience was overall excellent. I'm a returning customer, and I have referred friends there who have purchased vehicles, who also had great experiences. As long as Toyota keeps making excellent trucks, I'll give Molle the first crack at my Toyota business on the next purchase... More

Our negotiations were fair and speedy, and our car was delivered in pristine condition. The Molle staff went the extra mile to insure that our car was outfitted with new tires, new bumper cover, new floor mats, and thorough shop inspection, so that we would be totally satisfied.
