My ticket says Jeremiah Beach. I told him that my breaks make noise. He was very unfriendly from the beginning. 20 Minutes later he came back and told me that my breaks are fine. He said that he has NO TIME FOR ME and left. I was so flabbergasted by his rude behavior. On my way out, I asked one of your sales rep to sit in the car. He also noticed the noise. He went to talk to Mr Jeremiah. The sales rep ( very nice person) came back and said Jeremiah would not help me. I cannot believe Molly Toyota allows this kind of behavior.
