As a young female I have had some not so great experiences at other car dealerships. IE treated like a 12 year old who couldn’t possibly finance a car on my own, or understand what the salesmen wh experiences at other car dealerships. But everything was very different at Molle Toyota! They treated me with respect from the very moment I arrived! They didn’t pounce on me right when I pulled in, and they didn’t follow me around pestering me. They let me take my time and look around. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and let me test drive several cars. They were knowledgeable about each car I was interested in. They also took the time to run numbers on several different cars for me. They stayed late on 2 different occasions just for me. I never felt pressured by anyone to buy something right then and there! It was all very calm and relaxed! I will never go any where else for service on my car, or to purchase another car, except Molle Toyota! It was an overall great experience and I love my new FJ cruiser! More

Went in to test drive a Seqouia with no intention to buy - planned to compare to Yukon and Expedition. Nick Gaydusek, the salesman, was friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating - he even pulled a Platinu - planned to compare to Yukon and Expedition. The sales manager and business manager (Don Walston and Rodney Skaggs)were very friendly and we did not get the typical auto dealer run around - the negotiations were quick and fair, and the process was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. Nick walked us through the process all the way start to finish, including waiting 30 minutes past closing time as we wrapped up the paperwork. Molle Toyota truck group is awesome! More

We have been doing business with Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs, and we asked them for a name at their Toyota dealer. Anthony was recommended to us. Jason called my cell Friday evening, said they had a sales contest going and he would give me the financing and payment I wanted, and what color exterior and interior did I want -- and we made the tentative deal on the phone. I called Monday and told Jason that I would be there after work - and he said 'I'll have your car ready for you." Anthony met me at the front door Monday evening and my car, the color etc that i specified with Jason, was waiting in the front line. I spotted it immediately. Anthony went through the paperwork we needed to complete; Jack was very courteous with final paperwork processing and explained the options that we could purchase, but was not pushy which we appreciated. Then Anthony stayed with us and went through the car explaining everything (Prius is a complicated automobile) -- set up my phone and made sure that it worked. Everything was done in a couple of hours. This was important to me. By the way we had already been to another Toyota dealer closer to our home, and they did not sell me a car -- did not offer the financing or payment that i wanted; and I bought the exact same car at Molle, the price and terms I wanted. I have been thinking of buying a new car for the last two years but was scared away by a few dealerships in Shawnee Mission with the tactics used by their salespeople. I was advised to try Molle and was even given Anthony's name as a fair, good, knowledgeable salesman. This proved to be true from the first time I met him. Anthony listened to me and what I wanted and needed. He did not pressure me into what he wanted to sell. I also appreciate his patience and understanding when I needed time to think over my decision. Anthony took the time to explain everything clearly and when I picked up the car, he went over all the features of the corolla. I know I have made the right choice and was led to the right person. I trust Anthony and will call on him for answers to any questions in the future. I will tell anyone about the experience I had with Molle and plan to return someday for another car.
