Anthony was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the Prius we purchased. The process took too long as car purchases do nowadays and since we were trading in a vehicle that will no longer be s about the Prius we purchased. We also did not like to go through all of the extended warranty choices right on the heels of making the purchase but I suppose that is necessary. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received at Molle Toyota. I had been there about a month before in the service deppartment to have some work done on my 2003 Camry. I was impressed with the staff there and thought at the time that if I were to get another Toyota, I would go there. Sadly, a problem with the oil was not spotted when they examined the car and it ruined the engine. A month earlier, I would have gotten about $6000 more on a trade in. It was New Year's Eve and in the middle of a snowstorm and my car was not drivable. I love Toyotas and have had such good luck with my past five cars so I talked to Steve about getting a new one. He was wonderful and very understanding and caring. My husband was at home and leaving for work but we were able to get some of the needed information from him over the phone and set up the sale thru Cosco which a friend of mine had recently done. JR made the financing easy to understand and both men answered all of my questions & made sure that I understood. You all go way above and beyond meeting any expectations I had. I am a nurse and work in customer service for a pharmaceutical company so I truly appreciate your excellent service both is sales and servicing the cars.
