We have had some very bad experiences buying new cars spending several hours "dealing" and still walked out feeling exhausted. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and laid back. We were very comfortable with Matt who was very helpful and genuine. I would not hesitate to but another car from Molle. This not a high pressure sales floor dealership in my opinion, they are just there to provide a service and they are very good at what they do. I very much dislike buying cars and this was not a typical experience. My father in law even commented when we told him where we bought, "they have the best prices in Kansas City". More

Recently we had the pleasure of purchasing a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Molle Toyota. Later that evening, we returned, and Steve had washed the car Ron was most interested in, and encouraged us to take a test drive with him, as the car would be primarily driven by me. He answered all our questions and was very easy going. When I expressed reservations regarding the color and price, Steve did not pressure us in any way, but methodically checked all the inventory now that he had a better idea of what we were looking for. He located the car we eventually purchased,and had it brought into the garage for better inspection since it was dark outside. We negotiated the price and financing and signed the initial paperwork. That was Tuesday night. We made an appointment to finalize paperwork and get the car on Saturday morning because it was most convenient for us. Steve was ready and waiting for us at 9:30, we met with Jay Young for final paperwork. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. This was the best new car shopping and buying experience we have ever had. Molle Toyota, Steve and Jay were great.
