Our sales associate was Mr Hennecke. He was really great to work with. He was knowledgable and friendly. He showed us different vehicles (Prius and Camrym Hybrid) and explained Molle's different incentives. to work with. He was knowledgable and friendly. My wife and I picked up our new Tacoma two days ago and this was probably one of the best experiences buying a new car we have ever had, if not the best. We have had some very bad experiences buying new cars spending several hours "dealing" and still walked out feeling exhausted. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and laid back. We were very comfortable with Matt who was very helpful and genuine. I would not hesitate to but another car from Molle. This not a high pressure sales floor dealership in my opinion, they are just there to provide a service and they are very good at what they do. I very much dislike buying cars and this was not a typical experience. My father in law even commented when we told him where we bought, "they have the best prices in Kansas City". More
