Recently we had the pleasure of purchasing a new Toyota Camry Hybrid from Molle Toyota. My husband went to the dealership earlier in the day and Steve Hennecke was thorough in answering all his questions Camry Hybrid from Molle Toyota. Later that evening, we returned, and Steve had washed the car Ron was most interested in, and encouraged us to take a test drive with him, as the car would be primarily driven by me. He answered all our questions and was very easy going. When I expressed reservations regarding the color and price, Steve did not pressure us in any way, but methodically checked all the inventory now that he had a better idea of what we were looking for. He located the car we eventually purchased,and had it brought into the garage for better inspection since it was dark outside. We negotiated the price and financing and signed the initial paperwork. That was Tuesday night. We made an appointment to finalize paperwork and get the car on Saturday morning because it was most convenient for us. Steve was ready and waiting for us at 9:30, we met with Jay Young for final paperwork. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. This was the best new car shopping and buying experience we have ever had. Molle Toyota, Steve and Jay were great. Our friend loves his Highlander, so my wife and I visited Molle just to look since we were considering replacing our Chevrolet Suburban. We had only owned American cars and mostly Chevrolets. We really liked a Highlander Limited demonstrator that was priced right. We went to another Toyota dealer to get perspective on our choices. We quickly decided that Molle had the car and deal we wanted. We telephoned Jason to say he had a sale. Jason efficiently had the necessary paperwork ready for us to close the deal. We picked up the Highlander the next day. Jason expended a lot of his time to show us the features on our car and how to program the radio, Blue Tooth, garage door opener, snow button, down hill button, etc. Jason was patient with our questions to thoroughly explain everything. Jason was terrific. We have stopped by again to get further clarification from Jason. More

Be informed that I did not know anyone at Molle including my salesman, Nathan Coker, before I emailed Molle with my initial inquiry concerning a used 2002 Honda they had for sale. Bottom line, Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, HONEST, and helpful, and he did everything he said he was going to do and in a timely manner. I am delighted with the car I purchased and I still cannot believe that buying a car could be such a wonderful experience.
