I hate buying new cars and try to do as much as possible via email. But I had a great experience working with Steve Hennecke at Molle Toyota last week when buying a new Prius. I realize that everyone is different, but I really dislike anything that resembles a high-pressure sales pitch. Thankfully, Steve was incredibly low-key (while still being super attentive and helpful) and nice. We spoke a few times over the phone and my husband and I essentially purchased our car before even going to the dealership (it helped that we knew what kind of car we wanted). Steve couldn't have been more professional or helpful -- again, without making us feel pressured in any way. Overall, an excellent car buying experience. More
I have been a customer of Molle Toyota for several years. My son was in the market for a new car and after visiting another Toyota dealer (east of town and not impressed) we went to Molle. Rick was very friendly and to my surprise very respectful to my son ( I have had some questionable sales folks over the years). There we no "sales" games played which I half expected because it was my sons first deal. Rick was very up front and honest with my son. My son really enjoyed the experience. Not long after my son purchased his first new car I was in the position to purchase also. After looking at the competition my son said “Dad you got to talk to Rick”. I did. Now I hate buying new cars but I have to say Rick brought back the excitement and is by far the Best sales guy I have ever worked with. Thanks Rick and the Molle team. I’ll be back. Oh I love the new Venza. Side note this is the 5th car my family has purchased from Molle, the second from Rick. You must go see him. Keith More
This was surprising an excellent experience. I walked in expecting to haggle with payments, interest rates, etc. I had it planned in my head what I was going to say, how I was going to say, and I was going expecting to haggle with payments, interest rates, etc. I had it planned in my head what I was going to say, how I was going to say, and I was going to be firm. I did not a good experience in a previous Toyota dealership in Kansas so I was prepared this time! I was pleasently surprise! Richard listend to me and showed me what I wanted to see. He then gave me time to think, told me about the special, then gave me time to think again. He told me that even if I didn't qualify the dealership could work with me, they wanted me to be happy. Of course it helped to be able to use the special for my car purchase; however, the key is that I didn't feel pressured and it was an enjoyable experience. I feel that even if I could not have used the special I would have walked away happy. Richard was professional and told me what I needed to know with buying a car in Missouri; he was honest. The pricing was upfront: absolutely there was no catch on price...what you saw is what you got! I will spread the word! Thank you!! Tina T More

Tried negotiating with another dealership in town before going to Molle and was amazed at sure we were comfortable with the choices we were making. Tried negotiating with another dealership in town before going to Molle and was amazed at the old school tactics. So, Molle was very pleasantly surprising when the facts were presented clearly. Because we could get to Molle to get our car - Anthony even drove it out to us. I should have know before going to this other dealership - we are repeat customers at Molle and they definitely try to make sure the customer is attended to. Mary was just what I needed. I had questions and she helped me find the answers. Mary showed me several different vehicles and answered the questions that came to my mind with each alternative. She was helped me find the answers. Mary showed me several different vehicles and answered the questions that came to my mind with each alternative. She was very patient and helpful. After the sale, the next day, she was right there when I needed help with the new technology. She understood and was careful to make sure I understood the answers to my questions and how to configure the equipment so that it worked best for me. Never had a GPS before or a phone in the car. Now I do and they work fine and Mary said come back if I ever need help. I'll be back. More

We live just over an hour away and were able to do the entire deal over the phone. When we showed up Steve had our vehicle ready and as much of the paperwork done as possible. Steve followed up a couple of days later just to make sure we had no other questions. We will definitely call Steve when it is time to buy our next car! More

This is the fourth car that my family has bought from this dealership, and there is a reason for that. We have been to a few other Toyota dealerships in the area, but have not been treated as well as we this dealership, and there is a reason for that. We have been to a few other Toyota dealerships in the area, but have not been treated as well as we have been here at Molle. The entire atmosphere of the dealership is absolutely perfect. The facility is large and can house many cars, without feeling cramped. Along with this, the employees are some of the most friendly people I have dealt with. They want your business, but they will not push you into something you don't want to do. They are very relaxed and have amounts of patients that you would not find in most people. Along with this, they tell the truth and will be 100% honest. Specifically dealing with Rick McPherson, I have never had a better car buying experience, and I will continue to come back to Molle Toyota and Rick to buy my future cars. I would highly recommend buying cars from the dealer. I feel once you do, you will have a hard time wanting to go anywhere else. I feel like I should also mention the service department, because at one point or another, you will have to take your car in to get service. From basic oil changes, to more complex things like body work, all of the employees in the service department are knowledgeable and will treat your car like it's their own. This just adds to the continued positive experience. TL;DR? Have bought four cars from this dealership. Have had the best buying experience. Love the care that the employees put into their work. More
