I first stopped into Molle Toyota fairly early in my car search. Steve Hennecke was requested by the receptionist to talk to me. I explained some of what I was looking for and told him that I was going to b search. Steve Hennecke was requested by the receptionist to talk to me. I explained some of what I was looking for and told him that I was going to be looking around at the options all of the dealerships had before I made a decision. Steve was very informative and helpful and never put any pressure on me to make a snap decision. I left feeling more knowledgable about the Toyota cars and with a good feeling about the experience. The next time I dropped by, Steve was with another customer, but he came over to me and asked me if it would be all right if Nick Padgett helped me out that day. Nick showed me some other vehicles that I asked about and helped me out to the best of his ability. Again, I did not feel pressured to make any snap decisions. On my third visit, I had pretty much made up my mind on the Prius, but had a few more questions. Steve was finishing up with a family and Roy Nketani introduced himself to me and talked with me as I waited on Steve to finish. Roy is very well informed on the Prius and is good at explaining things. I enjoyed talking with him until Steve was finished. Once Steve finished with his other customer, he came over and answered the rest of my questions to the point that I was ready to make my purchase. He made the entire experience as low stress as it can be. Steve was very good at what he was doing and make me feel comfortable with the process, but I want to congratulate the other members of the staff that I spoke with for showing true teamwork by taking care of my needs and answering my questions while Steve was tied up without ever making me feel that they were trying to get the sale for themselves. They showed great teamwork. More

We were in need of two cars for the family. After finding a good price on the internet and receiving responsive service with definitive answers on the phone we decided to buy from Molle. We drove 190 miles each way to buy a car on Saturday. There was no sales pressure, only professional service. We were very pleased. In shopping for the second car on Monday, we again found Molle's price to be better than our Oklahoma market. We called to inquire about the second car on the phone Monday and drove back on Tuesday to buy it. They were very respectful in both transactions. More

He tracked down the color we wanted, with the equipment we requested. He was patient as we worked through the process of deciding how closely to the first car we wanted to match.
