I have to say that the salespeople at Molle Toyota must have to have qualifications to be an a*^&%&*o to women. My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from Molle. My last purchase was have to have qualifications to be an a*^&%&*o to women. My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past from Molle. My last purchase was a Camry in 2011. With the Camry purchase, the salesperson would not talk to me, he would only respond to my husband. I would ask questions about the car and the salesperson would send the email back to my husband only. My husband would forward the emails to me. This happened several times. Even after I told the salesperson that I was purchasing this car and not my husband; it didn’t matter. After a couple of weeks of this, the salesperson came back with an acceptable offer; however I was not happy about acquiring a new vehicle. Most people feel good about buying a new vehicle; I was not happy with the entire experience. Now I'm helping my niece with a Corolla. I figured surely the salesperson I had before was only one out of many salespeople that Molle has. Boy!! I was wrong. Again, the salesperson is rude and condescending. I will not be using Molle Toyota in the future. More

We initially had been looking at purchasing a Scion FR-S from another Scion dealer in the area (simply because it was closer geographically), but upon visiting Molle Toyota were so favorably impressed with from another Scion dealer in the area (simply because it was closer geographically), but upon visiting Molle Toyota were so favorably impressed with the experience that we decided to purchase from them. We were greeted immediately by Jack Sager who was extremely helpful and after talking with him decided to put a deposit down on a new FR-S. He found the exact color that we wanted and was very helpful with all of the paperwork. Once the car showed up he was kind enough to check on it for us while it was being unloaded and even sent us pictures of them taking the protective wrap off of it. He was waiting for me with all of the final paperwork ready to go when I showed up the next day to pick the car up and did his best to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I've purchased several new vehicles from dealers and never been this happy with a new car purchase. Love the new car, don't have a single negative to say about the whole experience. I would recommend Jack Sager over any of the salesmen I have worked with so far. More
Anthony Gooden is by far the easiest car salesperson to work with that I have ever encountered. Passing through Kansas City, I wandered onto the Molle Toyota Scion lot on 7/14/2012 and was greeted by Anth work with that I have ever encountered. Passing through Kansas City, I wandered onto the Molle Toyota Scion lot on 7/14/2012 and was greeted by Anthony. There was absolutely never any pressure to buy a vehicle or even steer me towards any choices. Anthony simply answered all of my questions and taught me as much as he could about the vehicles. He is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles sold by Toyota & Scion. Anthony was able to offer me $1750 more on my trade-in than I could get in my home town of Joplin, MO. We came to a tentative pricing/trade-in agreement on 7/14/2012. On 7/16/2012 Anthony called me to confirm that I qualified for 72-month 0% financing. I took Anthony at his word and agreed to drive 2.5 hours to finish the deal on 7/21/2012. Ironically, I had lost a chipped key and the fob ($100-$150 cost to replace) that went along with my trade-in... Anthony still gave me the same deal he had promised even though I had originally told him I had both sets of keys (I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to find the extra set). After the deal was finished, Anthony was very patient and went to considerable lengths to explain everything I needed to know about my new car. After all of that Anthony happily took my girlfriend & I on a test drive in a car we have minor interest even though he knew that we weren't seriously interested in buying one any time soon. My hometown dealer (Fletcher Toyota in Joplin, MO) was unable to match (or even be in the ballpark, frankly) the 72-month 0% financing or the extra $1750 trade value I received from Molle Toyota. Over the term of the financing I will have literally saved approximately $4250 between the $1750 extra trade-in value and the 0% financing over 72 months (I would have spent about $2500 financing over 6 years at my local dealer). It was definitely worth driving a few hours to do business with Anthony at Molle Toyota. To anyone within driving distance of Kansas City interested in purchasing a Toyota or a Scion product... I would not hesitate to recommend visiting Anthony Gooden at Molle Toyota. More
I was considering a new Toyota and my daughter and son in law recommended salesman Rick McPherson of whom they had recently dealt with when they bought a new Forerunner and Tundra on the same day. Needless t law recommended salesman Rick McPherson of whom they had recently dealt with when they bought a new Forerunner and Tundra on the same day. Needless to say that was a big purchase and they were extremely happy with the process. I know why now, Rick McPherson Made us feel like he was looking out for our interests as much as he was for the dealers. Rick made the process almost fun. I would like to add a note about Quentin Massey. We came in one day unannounced and Rick was busy with a customer but he noticed us and introduced us to Quentin as new salesman and asked him to take care of us while he was busy. He answered questions, showed us more vehicles in stock and generally entertained us. The wife and I were very impressed with the young man. And even though we didn't deal with him otherwise I would highly recommend to the Molle family a position in customer relations if he does not work out in sales More
