He was proficient in presenting the warranty options, and was very professional in his demeanor until I told him that I was not interested in any additional services. After that, his demeanor changed to dismissive. Otherwise, my experience with Molle Toyota was very positive. I plan on continuing to use their service department, and will likely buy my next Toyota from Molle. Their staff has always exhibited helpful, professional qualities from sales and service all the way down to the courtesy shuttle driver. What a great dealership! More

This is our third lease from Molle Toyota. Each time we have worked with Mary Witt. She has helped us to lease at an affordable rate and with a right vehicle for us. I'm sure that any of the sales personnel will serve you well, but you may want to ask for Mary Witt because in our opinion she is the very best. I have always appreciated the Service Department too. We visted Molle on a Friday afternoon to look for a Highlander and left the following Tuesday with one. Richard Maloney was great. Very informative and listened to our needs. We came to a price agreement on Monday, that we both were happy with. We stopped by Monday night to finalize the deal and Tuesday to pick up and both times Richard and everyone we dealt with at Molle were great. In 2007 I bought a Camary from Molle and it was so painless I could not believe I had actually bought a car when I walked about just a couple hours later. Robert was very great to work with from the beginning he was very easy going and low pressure. He listened to us and got us the price we wanted. We did have a few problems with the vehicle after buying it but Molle did the right thing and fixed it correctly even sending me to the Nissan dealership to fix it. They put me in a loaner. I will recommend Molle to anyone I know and we will be back for sure. The service department was also the best run I have seen. More
