The experience I recently had at Molle Toyota could not have been better! I placed a phone call to the dealership where I was promptly transferred to Steve Hennecke. I explained to Steve what was important to me in my new car. After a couple minute discussion, Steve found exactly what I was looking for - and it was in stock! (Great job Molle for maintaining a great selection of inventory.) Steve and I discussed where I needed to be in terms of price and he explained to me the great financing currently offer. I told him I would be in on my lunch break that afternoon to look it over. Steve was available when I showed up, we took the car for a ride, and after filling out the necessary documents, I drove off in my new Camry! I purchased a new Prius V from Molle yesterday, and I was very impressed with the friendly treatment that I got from the salesperson, Ron LaHue and the gentleman who helped me in working out the financing of very impressed with the friendly treatment that I got from the salesperson, Ron LaHue and the gentleman who helped me in working out the financing of my new car. Ron spent time with me before the sale...I came in three times before I made up my mind! He was patient and not at all pushy. After getting the appraisal of my trade in Ron handed back the keys! I've never had this happen before...the salesman or appraiser would always keep the key to prevent me from leaving if I decided not to buy...This is a tactic that I especially don't like. Not at Molle! I received a fair amount on my trade and a good price on the Prius. This is my first Toyota and the first time dealing with Molle. I'm hoping that the service is as easy and pleasant as the sale. This is my eighth new car, and it was the best experience of them all! More

Rick was friendly and attentive to my needs as a customer. He understood that some of the technology int he car is abit confusing and invited me to return at any time to continue to ask questions a customer.
