Ron spent time with me before the sale...I came in three times before I made up my mind! He was patient and not at all pushy. After getting the appraisal of my trade in Ron handed back the keys! I've never had this happen before...the salesman or appraiser would always keep the key to prevent me from leaving if I decided not to buy...This is a tactic that I especially don't like. Not at Molle! I received a fair amount on my trade and a good price on the Prius. This is my first Toyota and the first time dealing with Molle. I'm hoping that the service is as easy and pleasant as the sale. This is my eighth new car, and it was the best experience of them all! More

Rick was friendly and attentive to my needs as a customer. He understood that some of the technology int he car is abit confusing and invited me to return at any time to continue to ask questions a customer. Salesman Steve Hennecke and Sales Managers Rick Gannon and Jason McAfee went above and beyond to help me get the right price for my trade in, find a specific Prius Trim package, in a specific color combin and Jason McAfee went above and beyond to help me get the right price for my trade in, find a specific Prius Trim package, in a specific color combination, and got my credit approved for the 0% financing. These three guys model the level of customer service that Toyota sets for all employees. Top Toyota corporate execs could use any of these three employees to train other employees and set the standard for the Toyota name. This was my second Molle Toyata car purchase and will not be my last. More
I just happened to finish up a service call close by and decided to stop in to check out the Scion XB. I knew I would need a new service vehicle soon and just wanted to sit in one. Steve Hennecke came right decided to stop in to check out the Scion XB. I knew I would need a new service vehicle soon and just wanted to sit in one. Steve Hennecke came right over and said I could take a test drive right then. I drove the XB and liked the size but wanted better MPG. Steve advised me that they were doing 0% financing on everything including the Prius. He did the math on the test drive and showed me how much payments would be, and said I had time to test drive the Prius also. I really liked the Prius and told him I would consider it. I went home and ran the numbers and determined the Prius would pay for itself in about 60000 miles, even faster if gas prices go up. I went back and bought the Prius and love it, it is the best service vehicle I have ever had. Steve Hennecke is the best salesman I ever bought from also. Buying from Molle Toyota was the easiest car buy I ever had and would highly recommend them. Thanks. More
