I called Steve on the phone while looking for my new Toyota Hybrid. He was polite and answered my questions very well. The reason I bought my new car from Steve was because when I told him what I want Toyota Hybrid. He was polite and answered my questions very well. The reason I bought my new car from Steve was because when I told him what I wanted he checked his inventory and called me back with the best match he could find on his lot. It was not the exact car I was looking for, but he explained the differences and asked me to come take a look. He did not waste my time, I showed up and was taken to the car for a test drive and we made a deal without my having to play the dealership game. I will buy my next Toyota from Steve because he treated me with respect and honesty and did not waste my time by promising me a car that he did not have. This was enough to make me happy, but after the purchase he let me come back to the dealership on my day off and spent as much time as I needed him to in order to program the radio, phone and computer. He had to explain all the new features to me twice and did not seem put out at all to help me understand all the new gadgets that new cars come with these days. He even called me later to make sure I got it. More

Our experience of buying a new car at Molle was excellent. Their offer on our trade-in was better than what other dealers offered. I was in the market to replace my 2007 Acura MDX. Having purchased 5 cars previously at molle toyota, that was my first visit. I was greeted by Rick and immediatly he was an Experienced, knowledgeable and p purchased 5 cars previously at molle toyota, that was my first visit. Being in sales myself, I am able to appreciate the true professionals. Rick worked with me for about a month on many options and was always eager to provide all the information I needed to help me make an educated decision. I bought my first Scion at Molle a few days after the 2007 Auto Show in KC. The sales and service staff were extraordinarily friendly so I returned for my next purchase. Anthony was very knowledable about the vehicle I selected, and knowing it was an updated version of my previous car, he was able to point out features that were the same or different. He was very patient and made an effort to get things acomplished quickly so I wasn't there all day. Anthoby described the sales process step-by-step so there were no surprises. The dealer is located in south KC and he was willing to go to the northland rental car agency with me to transport me back to the dealership. I have talked to friends about how well Molle staff treat customers and know the ones who have been there agree. I go back for service even though it is about 30 miles from my home because they are trustworthy and get the job done. The service staff keep customers updated on service progress. More
