I had previously never bought a new vehicle. Now, I have purchased two new vehicles at Molle Toyota. Went on a whim and ended up buying a new Scion IQ. The Sales staff were the greatest and the experience was the best. Could not beat the price anywhere.Will definitely be back for a Prius. Rick McPherson was very friendly and cared about myself as a person and a customer! I felt he was very honest and respectful of my questions and self. I received a very fair price for my old car and my n as a person and a customer! I felt he was very honest and respectful of my questions and self. Not only was Mr. McPherson an excellent sales person, I felt everyone I met was friendly and really cares not only about people but also the Molle Dealership! We located Molle Toyota Scion online and made an offer on a 2012 Toyota Sienna. The next morning, Quinn Wright sent us a return E-mail saying they accepted our offer. One reason for looking at Kansas City a 2012 Toyota Sienna. The next morning, Quinn Wright sent us a return E-mail saying they accepted our offer. One reason for looking at Kansas City dealers was the fact that Toyota Company was offering a $1000 cash back rebate that was not available here in Arkansas. I called Quinn and gave him a credit card number in order to put $500 down on the Sienna and have them hold it. We went to Kansas City three days later. Quinn and the entire staff treated us like royalty. Quinn was friendly, courteous, professional and also had a fun sense of humor. Other staff members held doors for us, greeted us, and were so friendly it made buying the Sienna the best vehicle buying experience we've ever had. In addition, Quinn told us of a little game the dealership had, which I participated in and which will result in them sending me a check for an additional $200. I'd been fully satisfied with the price I'd paid, so this extra #200 back to me was like icing on the cake. Overall, this was my wife and I's best vehicle buying experience. I purchased a new Tundra DoubleCab. The dealership, especially Quinn Wright, sales person and Don Walston, mngr., and Jay ? (Finance dept) were great. Quinn Wright did everything in his ability to make sure I found and purchased the correct truck for my needs. My requirements were NOT easy to care for (a long story). I had asked a competing dealear's salesman to help find something comparable prior to this and he stated he didn't think he had what I would be interested in and thanked me for calling. Mr. Wright promised he would locate what I wanted if Molle did not have it in stock. After explaining what I was looking for, he took me to the truck I did purchase. He made everything simple, and the dealership handled everything with professionalism. What I had felt might take several days and trips to handle was done in my first visit and I drove off with my new truck that evening. I have always hated the thought of looking for a new vehicle because of past experiences. At Molle Toyota the experience never felt overwhelming or uncomfortable. Everyone we worked with we're great from the minute we walked in to purchase the new vehicle. What I liked most is that we were able to handle the negotiations thru email which saved us a lot of valuable time. Also Molle Toyota does not rack you with high processing fees. They have a low $89.50 fee not hundreds of dollars like other dealerships, Also I was impressed with their service waiting area! Also as a woman I was happy that they had females on their sales team.
