My wife and went to Molle and our sales person was Steve Hennecke. We purchased a new Prius and the experience was exceptional. Other dealers use a "high pressure tactic" but it's just the opposite at Moll Hennecke. We purchased a new Prius and the experience was exceptional. I and my wife purchased a 2012 Highlander at Molle Toyota, my Toyota sales man is Quince. Quince is very knowledgeable, respectful nice man. We meet him by 5pm we purchased our car by 7pm I will be v Toyota, my Toyota sales man is Quince. Quince is very knowledgeable, respectful nice man. Tony Chu was the best salesman we could have gotten. When I walked into the Molle Toyota showroom he was extremely kind and humorous. Our purchase of a new Avalon was an extremely pleasant experience with his help. Upon meeting Tony and talking to him I greatly appreciated his honesty. I never doubted his word, which is hard to find. Neither boisterous nor flamboyant, Tony always gave straight answers. As a woman I appreciated that he never talked down to me and when my husband joined us later, Tony did not change his demeanor. We were not pressured at all. When my husband and I left to talk about cars over dinner, Tony was very gracious. Upon our return to the dealership, he met us with a smile but still let us make our decision without pressure. All in all, because we had the best possible car buying experience with Tony Chu we would completely recommend Molle Toyota. More

Moe was very knowledgeable on Toyota's products and Molle's services, and was eager to get the answers if he didn't know...he made buying the Camry so easy. I am glad I went back to Molle for my second Camry, and glad Moe was there to assist me in the transaction. I will be very happy to recommend Molle and Moe to all my friends who might be considering Toyotas in their future. More
I came to trade a 2006 Camry with 121,000 miles on it. I did not expect to be able to get into a new model. But working with Ray was very pleasant. He showed us our options and did not apply pressure ... ju did not expect to be able to get into a new model. But working with Ray was very pleasant. He showed us our options and did not apply pressure ... just facts. I told my wife to wait to see what they offer us before we go for a used model. When we were done, we drove away in a 2012 Camry and are very happy. Ray gave us a generously fair trade-in, worked well with us on a very fair price for the new car. Whenever he stepped away I was on KBB.com checking prices. When we saw how we could get into a new car, we finished the paperwork with another fellow who has the "wrong dog breed" on his desk. LOL! He sold us an extended warranty with no pressure and it was completely our decision. Then Ray Kolman did a nice job getting the new car ready for us, getting answers to our every question, giving us a full tank of gas, and sending us off feeling like we had a very good experience. I am a person who generally has negative emotions about the car-buying process. I had zero negative emotions and feel I was treated with respect and was treated fairly. I will drive the 1.5 hours to Molle Toyota with pleasure to buy my next vehicle and look for Ray. More
Molle Toyota and my salesman Rick have earned my business by proving they are genuinely interested in their customer needs. I was impressed that Rick remembered my visit to the dealership one Saturday but t by proving they are genuinely interested in their customer needs. I was impressed that Rick remembered my visit to the dealership one Saturday but they did not have but one Venza on the lot. Rick took my name and number but I never expected to hear from him as most salesmen I have ever dealt with are only interested in the deal right then. A few days later after my initial visit Rick called me to say Molle had received more inventory of Venzas and inquired if I was still interested. It could not have been a better phone call or timing as I was dealing with another dealership. I advised Rick and he invited me to come by and look at what they had received and to give him a chance to earn my business. I must say it was the best decision I made. Rick and staff listened to my needs and wants. Within an hour Rick was able to earn my business and I got the car I wanted. But that is not where my dealings with Molle or Rick ended. When I took delivery of my new car Rick went over all the options and features to ensure I was knowledgeable in their workings. A few days later Rick called to see if I had any questions. Since purchasing my car from Molle Toyota I have had follow up in the form of phone calls, hand written letters ( do companies really still do this ). I feel that Molle not only wanted to sell a car but also value me as their customer. I would highly recommend Molle Toyota and Rick McPherson to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. More
Moe actually did a great job. The problem came from finance department. The payment were over inflated along with not their best offer for tade-in. My payoff was over inflated by more than $200! I think it was the most positive car buying experience for me. Non pushy salesman and my husband had a number in his mind and they were within 100 dollars. In fact bought two cars!!!!
