He did not push us for buying the car, and also told us about their deal price they were offering for just one day, which we did not know about. So we made some calculations and just bought the car. Molle Toyota staff made all the things easy and transaction was quick and smooth. Will definitely recommend to my friends. More

I am still in the process of purchasing a vehicle from Molle, Toyota and Client Advisor David Betzer. He is a new employee and is very relaxed and does not apply high pressure. The sale price on the Tundra was a major factor in selling the vehicle and David just let me look at it and answered my questions. He was very honest and did not give me a b.s. answer. If he didn't know the answer, he told me that and said he would find out. He was supported by others at the dealership, including Don Walston. Overall it seems like a close-knit group of honest employees selling a great product at a very competitive price. I look forward to completing the purchase of my Tundra and hope the service department employees are as genuine as the sales reps. More

I purchased a 2011 Toyota RAV4 limited from Mary Witt over the weekend. I sent out requests to several other dealerships in the area looking for the best deal during the week. Mary stood out from all of over the weekend. I sent out requests to several other dealerships in the area looking for the best deal during the week. Mary stood out from all of the others with her first E-mail. She wanted to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price. She listened to what I wanted and pointed out items to verify with other dealers so I had an apples to apples comparison. The car I had asked about sold within a few hours of my first contact with Mary. They had others on the lot, but they were not the color I wanted. She didn't let that stop her. She searched and found the exact model, color and options I wanted by the next morning at a different dealership. Mary let me know they found one and gave me a terrific price. I went in Saturday to sign the paperwork. She had everything ready for me when I arrived. Mary explained the features and even set-up Bluetooth between my phone and the RAV's hands-free system. I had another dealer that was much closer to my house drop their price close to the price Mary was at. I knew that it was going to be a better experience to make the deal with Mary. Everything went smoothly as expected and I can't say enough good things about Mary, she is an asset to Molle Toyota. Thank you. More

I just bought a Prius from Mary Witt and she made the whole process go off without a hitch. I was moving to KC from PA and had to get the car liscensed before I picked the car up. When I began my search for a new vehicle I was not looking forward to the process. I had some idea of what I wanted but not down to the make or model. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Rick met us in the lot and made himself available to help in any way I needed. The vehicle I purchased in the end was the Venza, which I am extremely happy with, however, when I arrived I knew absolutely nothing about it. Rick was very patient, helpful and professional during the process and I would call it as much teaching me about the vehicle as trying to sell it to me. I must admit that I threw Rick a curve ball during the process and changed the options I wanted which caused Molle to have to go outside their inventory to find me exactly what I wanted. Rick and the Molle team went to work and found me the exact unit and brought it in for me. When it was time for me to pick up my new Venza Rick spent at least an hour with me going over all the options, explaing how everyting worked and set up my Blue Tooth for me. My experience has been nothing but pleasant and I would rate everyone I came in contact with- Rick McPherson, receptionist, finance manager and service manager all customer centric and professional employees. Mary was very through in her search for the right car. Any car I suggested she made sure I got a test drive. She also made many suggestion based on the information I gave her. When I was there she made me a priority and worked very hard to get a SUV that I wanted in my price range. The reason I keep coming back to Molle Toyota is because of Mary Witt. More
