Once I was comfortable and "sold" on changing to a Prius he worked with me to get payments I could handle. My Camry was 12 years old and I was not looking forward to new car shopping! But Ray made the experience hassle free. He exceeded expectations by encouraging me to call his cell if I had questions, and he answered it.. and even offered to come out on his day off. I wanted to buy a minivan without the usual hassles and games AND get a great price. Through the Toyota website, I sent out requests for prices to a number of dealerships. They have a "soft sell" way of doing business which I find much more pleasant to do deal with as opposed to the usual pushy car salesman. Through the process I dealt with salesman from other dealerships and it only highlighted the honesty and integrity that I found at Molle. Jason McAfee helped finish the sale so that I understood all my options and gave me a fantastic price. Finally, Arlie patiently walked me through the technical parts of understanding up the car's various systems and helped me get the car home the same day.
