Both Bill and Dan have treated me as if I were their only/favorite customer an I appreciate knowing that I have both of them as my Molle contacts whom I can call upon if I need anything. It didn't take long for me to feel comfortable working with Bill and I trusted him to work with me as best he was able. I have only had the Venza a week and have already referred someone to Bill. He is an asset to Molle Toyota. More

I wanted a Camry V6, and the sales associate did his best to try to sell me a 4 cylinder, but I traded a Yaris is so I wanted excellent financing. The sales person, Rick, and all the other people involved were excellent. Rick did an excellent job of showing us all of the alternatives and what options were available, etc. All of the other people we wo were excellent. All Toyota dealers are NOT the same! These guys were amazing. They took as much time with me as I needed, and were so patient with me even though it took me almost a month to find the perfect car. In fact I didn't even end up buying from them- I actually felt bad I couldn't give them my business, but they were so happy that I found something perfect, not upset that they didn't get the business. I highly recommend this dealership. The prices are a little higher than the other Toyota dealers in the area, but it was refreshing to work with people who I felt cared for and understood what I needed. I would rather pay more for a vehicle here to work with friendly people rather than less at a dealership that could care less about me but only want the business- (I had a terrible experience with Legends). Highly highly recommended!! More

My New Car Buying experience at Molle Toyota, Kansas City, MO Have any of you lived in one state and bought a car in another? Apparently, in Missouri, the car dealerships do not have to disclose tha City, MO Have any of you lived in one state and bought a car in another? Apparently, in Missouri, the car dealerships do not have to disclose that our car taxes will be paid when we register the vehicle in Kansas. We thought the taxes were included in our financing. So we really paid $2,000 more for the car than we wanted. We were deceived!! I would not have bought the car knowing that our payments would be higher, or at least bought something cheaper. On top of that, we do not have $2000 to register the car. You cannot drive a car without tags, without risking a nice fine. Hmmm, too bad we cannot take our crappy salesman's, Bill Riehl (and finance person's) nice little commission for not saying anything. DO NOT TRUST MOLLE TOYOTA in Kansas City, Mo. This was our third Toyota too. We do not plan on buying anything in Missouri ever again, anytime soon... More
We used the Costco Car Buying Porgram and drove over 180 miles to Molle for the car. Everyone at Molle was super friendly and super helpful. By far the least painful car buying expereince ever. Arlie was very knowledgable and thorough about the features of the car and took a lot of time to explain everything fully to a pair of technologically disadvantaged buyers. We felt the price was very competitive and the staff at Molle were the best. No pressure sales tactics - just good service. We have already recommended Molle to some friends and will be sure to use them the next time we're in the market for a new vehicle. More
Each and every visit that I have made to Molle Toyota has been enjoyable. Aaron has always treated me with respect and humor and has been able to keep our Corolla it tip top shape. We bought our Corolla as a new car purchase in January of 2009 and by July of 2011, I've logged 95,000 miles on it and it just keeps on keeping on! (As a footnote, my average speed has been 40 mph for these 2.5 years which means I've logged over 2300 driving hours, which is a part time job just driving my car!!) I believe that the quality of the service department and the knowledgeable treatment of the car and my service needs, go a long way to enhancing the built-in quality of our Corolla. I did some search on the internet and filled out a price inquiry form. Mike Hollinger of Molle Toyota immediately emailed me back and also called me. My family and I then went to Molle Toyota during the fourth of July weekend to learn some new car information at the dealership. We were greeted by a freidly receptionist and then met Mike and Rick (Richard) in person. Both Mike and Rick are very helpful and friendly. Rick showed us a new car and was very patient in revealing all the details about the new car to us. We left the dealership and told them that we are comparing diferent cars and wanted more time to think about buying a new car. During the following couple of weeks, Mike and Rick both continued emailing and calling me with very helpful new Toyota car information. When we decided to buy a new camry, I called Rick and visite Molle Toyota last Sunday. I picked the Camry I like and negotiated the price. In a very short turnaround time, we made the deal. They gave me the best price that I can ever imagine. The after sale service provided by Rich and Vicki was also excellent. This is a very positive buying experience at Molle Toyota and I definietly recommend this dealereship to everyone! More
