Bill's service is one of the main reasons I continue to use Molle's service department (and buy my next car from Molle when the time comes). I returned the next day and it was Steves day off and Don Cleveland was extremely helpful in trying to locate the lost item. He was not able to find the Garmin but we felt he did everything he could. My wife and I were looking for a new Toyota Highlander that fit within our self-imposed criteria. Molle's website revealed an extensive stock of new vehicles that appeared to exceed other local Toyota de that fit within our self-imposed criteria. We received a straight-forward price quote via email and a friendly invitation to see the vehicle. Once on site, we found it to be an equally friendly environment. Rick McPherson and Jason McAfee sat and worked with me over the course of several hours answering numerous questions while we looked over all of our available options. Even after all that time, when I left the dealership without a firm agreement to purchase a new car, they were not pushy or frustrated. When we purchased the car two days later, Rick and Jason made the process easy and fun; and Dan in financing went through all of our options without any pressure whatsoever to purchase an extended warranty, etc. All in all, the people were nice, courteous and respectful of our decision-making process. I enjoyed my opportunity to purchase a 2011 Highlander SE from Molle Toyota. Bill's customer service was great, we enjoyed working with him. The overall rating of the experience was "good" as there were some delays that may or may not have been expected by the sales staff. These delays were not effectively relayed to my wife and I. We have two children and had to make plans to take delivery three days after we committed to purchasing the vehicle, however the vehicle still wasn't prepared for delivery as expected. We had to take it any way due to scheduling. The vehicle wasn't as detailed as I had expected, but it was much cleaner than when test drove it. The dealership should focus more on managing the expectations of the process and meeting the time lines that are discussed with the buyer. Thanks for all your help Bill.
