I went to another dealer before this dealer and gave an offer on a Rav 4, but they never called back, so I went to this dealer and they worked with me. I wanted a Rav 4 with a 3rd row seat, but they nor offer on a Rav 4, but they never called back, so I went to this dealer and they worked with me. He came in on his day off to show us our car and stayed after closing time the day we picked up our car to make sure we knew what every botton or knob did. The following Monday he did a follow up call to see if we had any additional questions. We told him we are still having some questions about the bluetooth. He made arrangements for us to come on Thursday and work with Vickie. He was willing to give up another day off, but we insisted he should spend that time with his family. He had already made arrangements to have our side moldings put on at that time. Arlie Perkins is more than a salesman, he is a person who cares about his customers. We chose to trade our 2010 Rav4 a little sooner than planed this time to take advantage of the 0% finance and avoid any shortages or price increases that might arise from the unfortunate circumstances i planed this time to take advantage of the 0% finance and avoid any shortages or price increases that might arise from the unfortunate circumstances in Japan. After visiting another dealership and then researching internet sites, (Edmunds,KBB, Rav4 forums, etc) we called Molle the following morning with the intent of finding a more favorable deal on the vehicle. We had purchased an Xa from them in years past and had a good experience at that time, hence the return call. We spoke on the phone the morning of the trade for the first time about this transaction, and drove to Molle afternoon that same day, and drove the new Rav4 home that same evening. Negotiations were swift and friendly. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating. One of the shop techs even stayed a little after his normal shift to see that the mud flaps we required were installed. Vehicle was prepped well and cleaned nicely --- full of gas and ready to go. We would not have purchased if our expected trade price would not have been met. We generally research average trade allowances and selling prices prior to our purchase and fell we are generally well informed and expect a fair deal for both ourselves and the seller. We are also either cash buyers or will take advantage of extremely attractive finance ie 0% in this case. We do not like to waste unnecessary time fishing for a sound offer and like to pre-qualify our sellers. In this case a simple phone call in the morning did that! It was very nice to find that our experience at Molle met our expectations in this regard completely and without any unnecessary haggling. I started with another dealer trying to buy a Rav 4 but they wouldn't get me the price that the internet said was fair. I went to one other dealer that was even farther away from my price until someone to they wouldn't get me the price that the internet said was fair. The were friendly and after a quick negotiation they came down to my price (they actually ended up giving me an extra $200 because of a pop-a-shot giveaway they were running). The finance guy didn't try to upsell us all of the extras and the car has been great. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Molle for good service and the best price. More
