We drove 200 miles to visit Molle despite having a local dealership. Molle was fair honest and it was great and honestly a laid back car buying experience. They had everything set up and ready to go. Decked out in full regalia, sans GPS which we didn't want, the Limited edition was everything we wanted. Low pressure test drive of 2 different models and no nonsense negotiations allowed us to purchase and drive off in our new vehicle in less than 4 hours (taking one hour off for lunch, too). My wife and I have purchased 5 Avalons. The last three were purchased from Molle Toyota. We stopped the first time when visiting our daughter and her family in Kansas City. Leo Costanza approached and assisted us with the first purchase. We later purchased a second Molle Avalon from Leo. Leo followed up with us after each purchase to insure we were completely satisified and he always offered any assistance we needed or would need in the future. When we called Leo about our third purchase Leo had retired from new car sales and turned us over to Chris Immele and told us that Chris would take good care of us during our purchase. The same quality customer relationship did continue from both Chris and Dan after the purchase. The sales/purchase relationship at Molle is not high pressure or threatening but you leave with your new Avalon feeling appreciated. The customer experience we have seen at Molle Toyota is the reason we have driven 200 miles to Kansas City from Webb City to purchase new Avalons. We have never received this experience at other dealerships including Toyota. Both Chris and Dan continue the very high standard of business ethics and contractual relationships that Leo and Molle have directly shown us through actual transactions. More

My parents had been frequent patrons of this Toyota dealership and when I was in my car accident and my car was totaled, they immediately called down to Molle and told them my situation and during my f dealership and when I was in my car accident and my car was totaled, they immediately called down to Molle and told them my situation and during my first visit down there I found a car. Ray was super helpful during our visit and was able to answer all of our questions and help us figure it out. I was very impressed. He's great with people and I never felt pressure to pick a car or make a decision. Ray was genuinely interested in what I thought and how I felt. I really appreciated that. Also, just over the weekend, I had a random question about my car that had been bugging me and I called Ray's cell phone and he answered and was able to help me with my problem. so even after a few months after we bought the car, he has continued to be helpful and is there for us. I think sometimes you see those cheesy car commercials with dealers and how they'll always be there for you , whatever, but I truly believe that Ray has been that kind of car dealer for us. It's been a great experience to work with him and made the whole situation with my accident much better and less stressful! More
