My wife and I found this dealership through a partnership they have with a warehouse membership club. After contacting the club's 800 number and given the dealer information, Scott called us from the dealers they have with a warehouse membership club. We already had a model in mind, so Scott emailed us a sample of the info on both a plain and limited model. Then Scott got us an inventory of models for outside and inside colors. By the next day, we had eliminated the other dealer and had decided to work with Scott only. We moved onto financing and concentrating on the limited model color choices and features. The third day, we had the car selected and the dealership matched my local bank financing offer. We then started to work with Anthony. A depoist was made over the phone to secure our vehicle of choice and I emailed proof of insurance and binder. All went very well long distance by email and phone. There were no surprises when we went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle the next afternoon. My dad and I came to Molle Toyota to buy a new car for me -- my very first new car purchased from a dealership. The first two people who greeted us failed to acknowledge me. Rather, they only addressed my dad, clearly the person with the checkbook. They appeared to be unaware of my presence, even after my dad pointed out that I was the reason for our visit. When Ray met with us in the lot, he immediately greeted me with warmth and respect. I knew right away that I was in good hands, and that I would be treated well -- not as an invisible person next to a walking dollar sign, as my earlier experience would suggest. Ray was so patient and thorough while we looked at a couple different models. After I test-drove and decided to buy a Yaris, he was very accommodating to my needs, especially when I decided halfway through the paperwork that I wanted that model in a different color. He never expressed any sort of exasperation or hesitance to find a blue Yaris in the showroom, even though I imagine my sudden change of heart must have created an inconvenience. He was so pleasant to work with, as well as extremely knowledgeable about Toyota cars. Ray made my first car-buying experience tremendously positive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray to any of my friends who are interested in buying a car. More

Scott responded to an email request in regards to an inquiry about a new Venza. He promptly found out what features I wanted and offered me a price that was $700-850 lower than the lowest negotiated pr inquiry about a new Venza. His reponses were sent back timely and he was very friendly. The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Steve was very friendly and informative once I got to the dealership to purchase the car. The actual time spent on paperwork was very minimal and there was NO pressure to "add" a bunch of the sterotypical services. My wife and I bought a 2008 Highlander from Superior and had a good experience, however, not nearly as fantastic as an experience compared to Molle. Nice work guys! More
