As soon as we showed up, Don was there to great us. He was extremely polite and curtious. Any time that we needed to speak to Don on the phone, he was always there to answer or called back within 2 mins of us leaving the message. When we met David, he already knew all our names and everything about where we were at with the deal and we did not have to try and explain anything else to him about what was going on. David sat with us while we waited to sign all the papers, explained all the features of the truck, where we could find things in the owners manuals etc.. He also assisted us with setting up our first oil change appointment. He offered to assist us with any issues that may arise after we took the truck home.
