Why do I come to the Truck Service Department it is very simple. 3years ago just after I purchased my Prius I called to schedule the 1st needed service. At that time it took 2 weeks to get on the schedule simple. 3years ago just after I purchased my Prius I called to schedule the 1st needed service. At that time it took 2 weeks to get on the schedule. My next service work I used the computer and dome how I got John as my service writer. He got me in when I wanted it and it was very soon. Since then I just drive up for an unscheduled oil change and he always takes care of me while I wait. Since then I have never been to the car service department in 92,000 miles. I purchased my first car from Molle in 1970 with my dad's help. I purchased my next car on my own in 2001, after recently being widowed. Mary walked me through every step of the process. It was scarier than the 1070 purchase because from 1971 until 2000, my husband had handled all cars. When I remarried and my husband was buying a car, I insisted he see Mary for his Avalpn. We are very protective parents. In-the past four years three of our children have purchased or leased at Molle and we insisted they ask for Mary. They have been as pleased as we are. Also, I have sent four co-workers who have purchased from Mary. Mary has helped our friends, family co-workers and us with cars. Everyone has been pleased. She has the exceptional ability to treat each customer as an individual . She listens to the needs of all her customers. She offers her expertise for every step from financing to model to interiors to packages. She makes the experience fun with her bubbly personality. She knows her cars and her customers. Mary is an exceptional representative of the best dealership I know. Like the Molle's, she treats everyone as family. We will continue to recommend her to anyone we know looking for a car. Purchased a new Tundra with Ray Kolman. Ray was easy to talk with; and was knowledgable. Settled on exactly what I needed; and then put together a deal for the truck and equipment without any pressure or talk with; and was knowledgable. Had to bring the truck back to the dealership later to have some of the optional items installed; and provided a loaner car to drive till work was done. I bought my new Prius from Molle after having taken my 2001 Solara to them for service for several years after having bought it from another dealer. Matt spent a good amount of time making sure we were confident in our vehicle choice. I would highly recommend the entire team at Molle. They did a great job of making us feel like it was a long time business relationship, not just a "get them a car sold." We preferred Molle to any other dealership we've ever worked with. A+ (none of the "let me go check with my manager" routine that can drag out your experience and make you want to forget every trying to buy a car again. In buying a new RAV4 on December 31, 2009, I was assured my paperwork would reflect the purchase on that date, even though the salesman, Matt Wantland, wanted me to take delivery of the vehicle on January 2 my paperwork would reflect the purchase on that date, even though the salesman, Matt Wantland, wanted me to take delivery of the vehicle on January 2 to help him and the dealership out on that busy day. I agreed, but their commitment to me and the paperwork was not honored. In addition, while negotiating the vehicle, I presented a copy of the Edmonds.com price for my 2002 RAV4, which Mr. Wantland said was $4,000-5,000 higher than anyone would pay for the vehicle. I have since received a solicitation from my old Toyota dealership, Superior Toyota, offering me the higher price to trade in my old car. None of my concerns have been addressed by Molle Toyota, and one would think in light of the corporation's recent problems, customer service would be a very high priority. I really wish I had gone back to Superior. More
I would like to say that during this recall process and hard times for Toyota, these employess at Molle Toyota are really doing Great things!! I was expecting a frantic time at the dealership last week but came into a place where people wanted to help you and get ur car to 100%. Doug the Servive Manager really has motivated his staff to stay positive and made sure his customers are the #1 priority whether its and oil change or part of this recall issue. I my self had the recall, oil change, and some minor warranty work done. They were up front with the time of my repairs and made me feel comfortable with the changes done on the car. Result: Well the car was fixed in the time that was estimated. the repairs look and feel GREAT! and my peace of mind was taken care of!! If you want a dealership that only makes u feel good the day you bought ur car go somewhere else. If you want a dealership that makes u feel good and like part of their family afterwards then go see the friendly and professional staff at Molle Toyota. Thank You Doug and the whole Molle staff!!!! will be seeing u in another 6 months/or 5,000K S.D. More
