Thank you for reaching out. I did some digging and found out that your vehicle not only needed tires but also needed an air filter, oil change, front brakes, front brake rotors, the rear brake drums had to be cleaned and adjusted and it need an alignment. The trade in number we gave you (that you agreed to) was a couple hundred under KBB "good condition" since it needed work done to it. If you were this unhappy, then why did you sign the documents and agreed to the trade in number. We always give choices, never force or perused and you chose to make this deal.

You are wrong about the KBB value. You sold my truck in 1 day for 6300 dollars more than you gave me!! You can do a lot of brake jobs and tires for 6300!! According to the photos, you didn't even put tires on it!! Do you always put $15 dollars worth of gas in your customer's vehicle when they buy one from you?? You probably should let your customers know. That's a great selling point!!

Missy, thank you for reaching out. After further investigation, we found out that Clayton did send an email stating that the vehicle you were interested in was sold. Also, there was never a set specific time for you to stop by and look at the vehicle. Given the marketplace conditions, vehicles are selling very fast right now. When a customer calls with interest about a vehicle, that does not mean it is automatically held for the customer unless they put a deposit down. We have had several customers call with “interest” but then never show up. This is why we encourage customers to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle. As far as our sales manager’s behavior, to our understanding, he was trying to help/explain the situation but it was a very combative, expletive filled phone call from your end.
