Came in to do my 5k miles maintenance check. Once I arrived, I was greeted, and was told what all was going to be done. Was in and out of the door within 30 minutes. I used the Costco Car Buying program and visited the dealer to look at a Toyota Camry. The entire process was great and although I just came to look, I walked out with a new Camry. Everybody at the dealership was easy to work with and it was a very positive experience. I also recommend the Costco program which made the entire process seem less adversarial. My only complaint is the dealer adding an additional $199 Dealer Fees charge at closing. Most consumer advocates are very negative about this additional cost to boost dealer profits. To be totally fair, it is a common charge throughout Kansas City dealerships and the $199 was less than the $299 that Car Max and the $399 that Olathe Toyota gouges their customers with. In the end, I didn't like it, but it wasn't so egregious that I was willing to walk away from an otherwise positive experience. More
