Long wait I brought my Prius in for its normal 5000 mile service. (85,000 now) It usually takes like 45 minutes or less. The tech I spoke with suggested I shoul I brought my Prius in for its normal 5000 mile service. (85,000 now) It usually takes like 45 minutes or less. The tech I spoke with suggested I should do a fuel line flush or cleaning. I said sure. I got there at 7:50 and didn’t get out until 10:25!!! 🤬 that’s over 2.5 hours. I was scheduled to be at work at 9:30 and it’s a 1/2 hour away. The tech was pleasant and apologized several times, saying the fuel line flushing machine was being used and he didn’t know it. Never the less, I was really pissed. And arrived 90 minutes late to work. He did give me a card for a free oil change because I was red, mad! I will say I’ve never had any complaints about service before. More
