Quick and easy buying experience I was traveling through the area on a business trip and noticed they had a car I was interested in listed on their website. I was able to get a hassl I was traveling through the area on a business trip and noticed they had a car I was interested in listed on their website. I was able to get a hassle free quote that cut out some of the time that would have been spent on haggling. I talked to Wes when I arrived, who was able to answer all my questions and provide a COVID-friendly environment. The financing part went relatively smoothly while they were detailing the car and filling it up with gas. I transferred all my personal belonging and was on my way back home by early afternoon. More

Overall Good Service Made an appointment to have my shocks checked. Prior to my appointment, I had taken my car in for regular and routine tire rotation. I was told by t Made an appointment to have my shocks checked. Prior to my appointment, I had taken my car in for regular and routine tire rotation. I was told by the tire store my rear shocks were bad, so they didn't recommend rotating my tires until I had them replaced. Thus the appointment at Molle's to have them checked. I also asked the service check-in person if they could check my sunroof. It opened just fine, but wouldn't close and sometimes took several minutes of pressing the button, pounding on the sunroof, and wiggling the switch until it closed. They finished the inspection within the timeframe I was given and was told shocks were good. Awesome! I asked him about the sunroof switch, he hesitated (I think he forgot to have it checked), and then said he checked it "several times and it worked fine." Further said it was probably the cooler temperature in the shop versus being outside in the hot sun. I tried the switch and it didn't work. Thus the 4 star rating. They did what I originally had my appointment for within the promised timeframe. But I think the guy failed with the sunroof. He also added that since I didn't use it much, which I did tell him earlier, that I should just not use it. More
