Mary, I am sorry you did not have a great experience with us. This just doesn't sound right, our oil changes are nowhere near 300.00. You must have had other work done and our service advisors don't start anything unless the customer approves the work. If you do not mind, who is it you talked with so we can address this? We do not show you coming into our store and I would like to figure out how I can help!
