The work was performed initially with no problems - I thought. However, after a few days and just 27 miles, the Check Engine light came on. I had to reschedule service. The safety recall work had not been performed properly. Another day of back and forth to the dealer. The service advisor was very friendly and apologetic, but made no offer to accommodate my time and trouble. More

So looks like all necessary covid-19 measure was taken nicely. Few things I always have issue with - billing is very difficult to understand. I had oil change coupon for $44.99 for synthetic oil change. My bill came out as $54.06. Almost $10 extra, is that tax, I doubt? Also its almost always oil change sticker is missing from the windshield. Also I always need to ask about result of multi point inspection. Yes they say other things need to be done which are not part of multi point inspection. But I wish they say all looks good and show/give inspection report to customer. More
Great Service as a "Walk-In" My Sienna was due for 65,000mile service. I had scheduled an appt for that, but the low tire pressure indicator light came on repeatedly; I had to add My Sienna was due for 65,000mile service. I had scheduled an appt for that, but the low tire pressure indicator light came on repeatedly; I had to add air to one of the tires daily for 4 days. I decided to "walk in" for service, assuming that there was a nail in that tire. When I shared my concerns with Jason, he assured me that they could fix the tire and do the routine maintenance by 5:00 that day. Ultimately, it was done in less than an hour. Thanks! More

I have been a Toyota customer since around 2006 in Minnesota when I got my first Scion XB. I moved here and found the Toyota dealer in my area since my experience with Carlson Toyota in Minnesota was so positive. Molle has been a pleasant transition and has the same positive atmosphere I was used to. I got a second XB here and now I have the C-HR. They call and update you on your vehicle. Let you know if they notice any other issues while doing your scheduled service. More

I feel I can trust the maintenance department at Molle when in the past I would have been afraid to take a vehicle back to a dealership to be worked on. Over the last 3-4 years of owning my Venza, I have never considered taking my car anywhere else but Molle to have it worked on. More
