The service tech told me it would take about an hour. i arrived at 130 for my 130 appointment. At 330, i talked to the service tech and asked about the progress on my car. He didn't check to see if anyone was working on the car even though i had been waiting for two hours patiently. All he said was, "i haven't got a ticket on your car." Finally, around 415 my car was finished. i realize that they were very busy that day when i came in. But to wait three hours when told it would take an hour??? If the service department would have informed me they were running behind schedule and it would take longer, i would have understood. i have been going to Molle Toyota for four years and have been treated well until yesterday. on a positive note, i forgot my ipad at the dealership and picked it up the following day.
