I gave 3 stars because the advisors were a 1 and the service itself was a 5. I made an appointment for 1PM, dropped the car off at 1:05, was told 15 minutes, and went to wait.. 45 minutes later my c service itself was a 5. I made an appointment for 1PM, dropped the car off at 1:05, was told 15 minutes, and went to wait.. 45 minutes later my car had still not moved. In the end it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The worst part: My advisor missed that I needed an oil change, as looked at wrong date. When I went back out to ask him for details he wasn't there, so I asked advisor in front of him. That advisor was not busy, but patronized me, didn't listen, and told me not to worry. My husband showed up and that same advisor suddenly started cooperating. Car still hadn't moved, but suddenly everyone started listening and the car was magically moved into service. Revised estimate of time at this point was 30 minutes. More

I was told I would sign papers and be on the road in 30 minutes. We were actually there for over 1 1/2 hours. A LOT of wasted time. All the paperwork was filled out ahead of time. Could have gone over the details in the vehicle while we wee waiting for financing. More

RAV4 in for service appt. Battery not holding charge. Jason Murray did not indicate projected wait time. After an hour wait checked back with Jason Murray and he said it could take couple more hours. When i picked up car, Jason handed me the key with no follow up explanation other than battery was recovered. As a 17 year customer of Molle Toyota, this is the first time I was treated so poorly. i did appreciate Jason wiping down everything and masking properly. He has helped me before, and was most courteous, something was off today. More
