Overall excellent and prompt service Needed repairs and adjustments were made during our service visit. Best buying experience with no hassle pricing and no pressure to buy. One hiccup was when the car I purchased was found damaged prior to delivery which made me spend an extra $1200 for the features that pressure to buy. However, given the ongoing COVID pandemic and the recent city-wide mask-wearing ordinance that went into place, I was disheartened to see several employees not wearing masks (Brandon, however, kept his on, so more bonus points to him). I get it; masks are a pain, and no one "wants" to wear them. It's not a question of convenience or desire, though; the disease continues to spread at breakneck speed in most states. Wearing a mask is the very least a person can do that has the most impact on mitigating the virus' spread. I hope that Molle will step up its response and show that it can be a leader among local businesses in this regard. Thanks! More
