For the most part service is excellent My Scion has been making a noise for awhile. When I came in on 10/15/19 I was told there was a bearing loose in the alternator which would cost 863.00 My Scion has been making a noise for awhile. When I came in on 10/15/19 I was told there was a bearing loose in the alternator which would cost 863.00. When I came in on 5/12/20 I was told it was the belt tensioner and the cost would be 378.00. I returned on 6/23/20 to have the repair done to find out it was the idler pulley instead. This has been frustrating as I could have spent a lot of money on something that was not broken. I come to Molle because your team is usually top notch and I trust what I am told when I bring my car in for service but I am now having doubts. More

Upon arriving in Kansas City I dealt with Steve and he was fantastic. He showed me all the technology on the car and even checked on me a few days later to make sure I made it home and everything was working well. It did not used to be this stress free buying a car.
