Purchased a new RAV! Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership p Took about 2 hours to finish purchasing a vehicle I wanted (paperwork). The sale was completed on May 13, 2020, about 40+ days ago. The dealership provided a 30 day temporary tag (which has expired) and I'm still waiting for the license plate (probably due to Covid 19 delays at the DMV). When I called Molle's salesperson, I was told if I receive a ticket for it being expired they will reimburse me. The RAV is nice as were all the people at Molle involved during the process. More
We mistrust your service department. We will think twice before bringing in for any recalls. Brought in recently only to be told that we need a new water pump. We had a reputable mechanic We will think twice before bringing in for any recalls. Brought in recently only to be told that we need a new water pump. We had a reputable mechanic install a new water pump only a few months previously. Your service department refused to own up to their claim that our new water pump was bad. After being told that our water pump needed replacing we returned to our mechanic (this mechanic has been in business for many and specializes in Toyotas and Hondas) to have him check it. We also took it to 2 additional long time auto service shops, to be told that our new water pump was fine. Our mechanic was surprised that Molle was attempting to fraud us - he named another Toyota dealer that he has had "claims" that customers brought him, but this wAs a first for Molle. We have had Toyota vehicles for years and our first choice in vehicles. This is our first one that we purchased new, and heard good opinions of Molle, but have been very disappointed with this encounter. More

.Darrin was a good salesman with good customer service. After he sold the car, we waited 2 hours to work with finance. However, there were few people at the dealership. When we did speak with JR in finance After he sold the car, we waited 2 hours to work with finance. However, there were few people at the dealership. When we did speak with JR in finance, he distracted us and seemed annoyed in having to deal with us. When I tried reaching him after we left, he would not respond. After reaching out to customer service with a complaint, he called back with the approach of bullying me into not leaving a bad review and not contacting his superior. I never did see why the final price was a thousand higher than the agreed upon amount. It was a shame JR and his wait time ruined what was a good experience. More
