Catastrophic paperwork process! The purchase went smoothly with no problems! Then, hassles started! They didn't send the paperwork after one month of purchase. Time for 5K Maintenance I made an appointment for a Saturday. I would have much rather gotten a loaner and gone to work and come back and not spent my time at the dealer. But since I was told an hour and it was a little less than that which I like. HONESTY! This is the best policy for me. The service staff was very kind and I was a little worried when I pulled in and there was a line of cars in the bay but when he said an hour I was shocked. I had spent many hours at a dealership for service for oil changes before and that only angers me. This is my first Toyota and I have been told it is the best and I hope that this continues to stay in my mind and continues to be true throughout my ownership of this car. One thing you will learn from me and my husband; don't try to sell me something I don't need. We will come to you when we want it. We are frugal and think this is a car that will last and it is treated good and will always. More
