Decrease in trust We have been loyal customers of Molle since at least 1996. Most service required by our Toyota cars has been by Molle. My 2013 Rav required an oil change. when I went to get my car after serviced, I was told I needed four new tires. Problem: April 9 I just purchased four new tires and the tires only had 3,000 miles. I was very upset by the service agent telling me not to get upset. Molle needs to train their mechanics to be more careful in their reports to their clients because mistakes this large will cause loss of trust that you work so hard on building and subsequently loss of business and revenue. More
