Although we have driven a Prius for years, some of the new technology needed reviewed especially due to our age. Our most disappointing part of this deal was the trade in of our 2007 Prus with 139,00 miles. Couple weeks earlier it was in your shop and we were told the 12-Volt battery needed replaced and the hybrid battery was in good condition. We discussed if we should replace the car or install a new 12-volt. My wife loved this car with a back-up camera, so we decided to go with the new 12 volt and have some other maintenance done. Our bill was in the $1100.00 range. A few days later the hybrid batteries went out. We could have saved some money if the message had been different. This was our disappointment. Virgil Nelson More

Molle Toyota is a terrific dealership. We purchased our first two Toyota’s in 2007 and one more in 2008 . Two of those cars are still owned by us today and in great condition . I really had hoped staff would be masked. The person who checked me out had his around his neck, not on his face.. He only put it on after I moved back to nine feet and didn’t approach to sign. None - zero - of the staff that drove the cars around to and from service were masked at any time. Ever. Seriously, how hard is it for them to wear a mask when they’re in my car?
