The buying experience was extremely high pressure and had me intentionally flustered, ending up with me 1) overpaying for the car, 2) buying a maintenance warranty that was known to the finance person Jason that in no way would pay off (it was set to expire one year after purchase but Jason had told me at the time of purchase that it was a 3 year warranty - and for $1500!) and 3) gap insurance that I HAD to have. I was also forced to buy a special paint coating for the vehicle that upon reflection was another complete waste of $500. After calling back (shortly after the 7 day return expiration) to ask if there was anything that could be done for me as I was obviously upsold to the maximum possible (i.e. ripped off), I got the run around that cost me weeks of stress. The finance guy Jason could not have been any ruder and condescending whose only offer to "help" me out was with an upsell to a more extended mileage warranty (I was getting a "gift"). I did get my super conniving sales man, Curtis to "help me out" after realizing that I would get nowhere with Jason. Curtis promised to talk to Jason's supervisor Brian about the situation and assured me that he was 100% sure that Brian would help me out because he "could totally relate and would never want for me to be an unsatisfied client since he did not have a single one of those". With my hopes high, I waited for Brian to call, but he never did (lots of run arounds from the receptionists as to why he couldn't answer the phone or that he would call me back right after he finished with a customer). So, I decided to come in to see him. When I came in, Brian did come out to talk to me and did a great job to ease my concerns with more promises to work everything out just as Curtis had explained, but that he would need to call me later when he had some time to finish up with some customers and talk to corporate. Well, Brian never called after the visit, so at that point I finally decided to cut my losses. Please, please, please learn from my experiences and don't go here to buy your BMW. I LOVE my BMW, but to this day it is hard to look back at the situation without getting upset. I know that I should have been more aware during the buying process, but I was just so excited to buy a new BMW. Curtis and Jason saw that in me and took advantage to the best of their ability. More

I do not feel the tech knew what he was doing nor did supervision follow-up on concerns. Paid for a new cowl that looks like it was pulled from another vehicle and put on mine. They prefer you pay online and pick your car up as to avoid dealing with you. Dropped my car off for service due to check engine light (May 2nd)......few warranty/recall parts later, I pick it up to engine noise (May 7th). Dropped it back off May 8th so the tech could look back over the car which they kept till May 13th. To this day I still do not know what the issue was because cant get anyone except the service advisor to speak with you. This wasn't just warranty/recall work because while their I did have them change a few things so its not like they didnt make any money....... More

I've had a really dissapointing experience at what should be one of the premier dealerships in Houston. I am not big on negotiations, so I was clear from the very begining that I will be shopping around for my car and provided the exact specs I wanted. They refused to give me a quote because they didn't want to be undercut. I get that this may be the way the do business and that is ok with me. I decided to go with Momentum BMW in Katy because they offered me a quote and came to a price I was comfortable with. The original salesman from this location Donald called and informed us that they will not release the car to the Katy dealership thus making the sale a longer process for us. We are busy professionals that don't get a lot of off days together. He asked us to come in and offered to make it worth our time. Turns out they did not have the car we were looking at. They used a shady tactic to get us in the door. Donald decided to bring his manager Jered into the mix, but this is where things really started going down hill. Jered (who by the way would not give us his best quote when first asked) spoke to us in the most condescending tone about what time value is and what we think he should do for us considering we are going back and forth. I had to stop his tirade and explain the situation and how his attitude was inappropriate. In short. They tried to steal a sale from their sister store using shady tactics, and when they didn't have the intended car proceeded to insult us for wasting their time. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks! True professional...SCAM ARTISTS. Ought to be reported to the state or whatever bureau oversees car sales. They will sell you a used car at original price of the vehicle. So if the car Ought to be reported to the state or whatever bureau oversees car sales. They will sell you a used car at original price of the vehicle. So if the car is advertised at $15K, you can be xxxx sure they'll turn it into $30K. It could easily be past the point of gently used and they'll try to sell you a new car price. Don't go here. Not sure about their New Car facility or sales team...but Sewell, which sells luxury and European cars, didn't even treat me this way and that's where I should have gone in the first place. Sewell shows that you can still earn profit, train employees to be honest and treat customers fairly. THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. More
Worst dealership in customer service You can’t negotiate on the price of the vehicle so they say. Fine. You go ahead and accept their price. Then you go through the finance. They tell you You can’t negotiate on the price of the vehicle so they say. Fine. You go ahead and accept their price. Then you go through the finance. They tell you the terms of the finance. You don’t like it but they say that’s the best they can do. You agree. But when you go in to finalize, they change the terms on you by almost doubling your interest rate. They won’t explain why. Please be aware of the bait and switch. More
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & poorly trained advisors! I paid over $500 to have them order a new key for me after mine was stolen & program it for me. Literally 3 hours after getting my car back it starts I paid over $500 to have them order a new key for me after mine was stolen & program it for me. Literally 3 hours after getting my car back it starts going haywire. My car was shutting completely off while at stop lights, going backwards in the driveway, rattling & shaking and the service engine came on for the first time. I called the service advisors & they had the nerve to tell me that couldn’t have anything to do with the key. EVEN corporate immediately agreed that the new key was the problem & needed to be reprogrammed. The fact that they actually don’t know that programming a key incorrectly can throw all the sensors off, baffles me. I feel taken advantage of and not taken seriously. My car won’t move at all now. My car was not brought to them this way so it should be returned to me in this condition. Absolutely poor customer service & I will not recommend that ANYONE waste their hard earned money here. More
Totally try to rip you off when you return your lease. Having leased a car before, we're well aware of the expectation that it not have anything beyond "normal wear and tear." This is the 3rd BMW we hav Having leased a car before, we're well aware of the expectation that it not have anything beyond "normal wear and tear." This is the 3rd BMW we have purchased or leased from this dealership and they claim there is $3550 of excessive damage to the car that we should pay to return the vehicle. I showed the car to our friends and they agree that they've returned rental cars with more than the bare superficial scratches that are on the car. Never ever going back to this dealership again. Friends have had similar experiences as we've found out. Best advice: stay away! More
Joe Fuentes Service Department terrible guest service Joe Fuentes from the Service Department sends out a multi point inspection of the list of recommended repairs and maintenance to my 2011 BMW at 10:11 Joe Fuentes from the Service Department sends out a multi point inspection of the list of recommended repairs and maintenance to my 2011 BMW at 10:11 am on 4/12/2019 to my wife, which then she forwards it to me at 10:16 a.m. She ask me to call and make sure that's all they are doing was the oil change and vehicle check. I look it over and call him at 10:31 am and tell Joe Fuentes I just needed my oil changed. He proceeds to tell me that's not what my wife said and they had performed additional service to the fuel. I said she the one that told me to call and ensure you only do the oil change and inspection. Joe Fuentes said no that's not true, basically calling my wife a liar. Then he told me after sending my wife the inspection for repairs at 10:11 am and I call him at 10:31 am that the work was complete and there is nothing i can do about it. His words were its not like I can undo the work. How on earth can you perform the work within a matter of 20 minutes that is impossible. Joe Fuentes is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I've been a costumer for over 10 years but not any more. More
