He was able to speak to me about all the features and benefits of the car I purchased. He was very patient and never pressured me to do anything. After the purchase he sat with me for an hour explaining all the bells and whistles! I can't stop bragging about the experience he provided! I drove away feeling great about my purchase. I was looking for new BMW 2014 X5 and I saw good reviews about Khalil in the websites, I went and met Khalil at this dealer shop, he was technically good and explained all the new features and options about X5, I came back and discussed with my wife and due to some budget constraints we changed our mind and were looking for used X3 for my wife, We went back and checked with Khalil and he showed us a very good BMW X3 2014 which has only 5K mileage on it. Gave us good price, helped us understanding all the packages that car has. Even in financing department it was a good experience without lot of back and forth discussions. When I arrived the car that I saw online was sold but Khalil listened to what I was looking for and found another car that they had not even listed online yet that was perfect for me. He had the car fixed and detailed to my specifications and did so with great professionalism. I originally planned on trading my sports car car for the used vehicle I was buying but in the end I did not want to give up my sports car for the sedan I was purchasing and ended up making changes to the purchase order after we had already agreed on a deal in order to keep my trade. Even with the changes Khalil had a great attitude and took care of me. I highly recommend Khalil and this dealership even if you don't see the exact used car you are looking for on their website give him a call as they have more than what is online.
