Well, let me say, If you want to look at the car you sold me, let me know, my cell # is 832-239-2600 since i am yet to fix the problems i mentioned earlier. We cab argue about the sequence of events, but the car's condition is fact and not hear say or speculation. Whoever is at fault, i don't care, i just don't expect such problems that soon after my purchase date given the reputation you guyz have, will it be fixed or not is the question coz you guyz wont even look at it. I honestly don't want to waste my time like i did last time - i wasted time back then and got disgruntled by the whole experience - if you want to check, see how many times i brought the car back or called the sales tech or signed in at the service desk. I would much rather talk about what you can fix if you are willing to. I am yet to fix anything on this car that broke from back then more because of principle. Needless to say, my close network now knows how bad BMW customer service is, they just want to sell you a car. The car drives fine despite the problems, i love the engine, the feel of the road e.t.c, lots i like about it but imagine a BMW with no A/C (major issu), a back window that wont close(minor), and an Auxiliary connection that does not work(minor), If only the customer service that came with the BMW was the same, this might have been the best car i ever owned. I'd rather buy a low end car with great customer service, than a great car with shitty customer service. I will wait for a call if you are serious.
